Delivery to Europe

Standard Delivery

Free for all orders over € 25,00 using TNT Delivery service. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for receipt of order.

For orders under € 25,00 the flat rate delivery charge is € 3,00.

Delivery outside Europe

Free for all orders over € 75,00

Orders under € 75 are subject to a € 6.00 delivery charge

All packages are sent International Airmail and will need a signature on receipt. Delivery times are approximately 4 to 10 working days.

Orders will only be dispatched to the supplied address. If you require your items to be delivered elsewhere please ensure you leave a day time land line contact telephone number.


We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase but on occasions we fully understand that things just aren't right or as expected with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you are more then welcome to return the items back to us for exchange or refund within 30 days of original order of the goods. The items must be returned back to us with the original packaging and the labels.  We aim to issue your refund immediately but please allow us up to 7 days to process your refund.

All items come with 1 year manufacturing warranty (unless otherwise stated in the product descriptions), your statutory rights are not affected. Please contact us in the event of a faulty item.

Delivery charges will not be refunded except in the event of faulty or incorrectley sent items. Your statutory rights are not affected. In the event that an item is faulty in any way please contact us immediately in order that we might rectify the problem.

If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
